This is a product demonstration built with sample data to show our approach. It is not a client engagement.
What we set out to do
Knowledge sits in contracts, manuals and policies that nobody has time to read. This demonstration shows how teams can ask a question and get a grounded answer they can verify.
How we thought about it
- 01
Retrieve before generating
The system finds the relevant passages first, then writes the answer from them, so responses stay tied to real documents.
- 02
Citations you can click
Each claim links to its source passage so a person can check it in seconds.
- 03
Respect who can see what
Search honours document permissions, so answers never reveal content a person is not allowed to read.
What was built
- Document ingestion and passage indexing
- Question answering with inline citations
- Permission-aware retrieval
- Feedback capture to improve answers over time
